Terms and Conditions

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 

* Please note - on some overseas orders, particularly kits, additional postage may be added as a result of the shipping costs charged to us because of the size of the box, not the weight. Please accept our apologies.

We attempt deliver your order right away for items in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 6 days.

If your item is not in stock, we may email you before deciding how to proceed.

We are VAT registered as Parade Figures.  Number 157 1604 17GB  VAT @ 20% is charged on all UK orders.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

All prices shown include VAT. This is deducted at checkout for UK export orders. All orders sent outside the UK may have to pay local taxes, VAT and any duties + fees applied. 

Please note - if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver a shipment as a result of an incorrect address provided, being unable to obtain a signature, the delivery rejected for some reason, and are forced to return it to us, the return shipping costs will be charged together with a 20% restocking fee before any refund is considered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  ​​​​​​​


Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days, and if already shipped, for a full refund with shipping costs and duties deducted or within 7 days of the receipt of goods if the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were supplied. For this you will receive a refund of the order value of the goods returned, less the order postage and any fees and duties.  Goods returned are at your cost.

Faulty goods are dealt with on a case by case basis and a replacement sent or refund offered.​​​​​​​
